Caisson and PATRIZIA close deal at Bradbury Park Industrial Estate

Caisson Investment Management Limited have successfully completed the letting of a 7,342 sq ft unit at Bradbury Park Industrial Estate, on behalf of PATRIZIA.  Bradbury Park is a newly built estate, located on the well-established Springwood Industrial Estate in Braintree, Essex.

The unit has been leased by Triconnex Limited, an Essex based infrastructure company, for a ten year term at an annual rent of £76,357.

Caisson and PATRIZIA were represented in the transaction by Tim Collins at Kemsley Property Consultants, Paul Fitch at Coke Gearing Consulting and James Coggle at BNP Paribas Real Estate, acting as joint agents.
