Caisson was founded in early 2009 by its Founding Partners who wanted to create an independent investment management business that would have asset management and investment performance at the heart of its philosophy. 

It manages assets on behalf of its investors which include Local Authority Pension Funds, Institutional Investors, Family Offices, Corporates and other Institutional Investors.

Deliberately focusing on the industrial sector with our heritage in both Multi-let Industrial asset management and investment analysis, we have built our reputation on demonstrating a strong analytical approach backed by property research combined with strategic and proactive asset management.  This approach has resulted in constant outperformance of our assets under management.
