Maple Manor Parking moves into Court Lane Industrial Estate, Iver

 Aug 2018

Caisson Investment Management has successfully negotiated a new lease to Maple Manor, and are pleased to welcome them to Court Lane Industrial Estate, Iver.

Maple Manor offers Meet & Greet airport parking for all the major UK airports, and are now the largest independent Meet & Greet Parking provider.  At Court Lane they have taken up approximately three acres for the storage, marshalling and distribution of vehicles together with ancillary workshop, offices, and staff facilities.  This will service the contracts they operate at London Heathrow.

Caisson was able to fulfil Maple Manor’s requirement at Court Lane by completing a number of strategic lease surrender negotiations, together with a comprehensive upgrade to the open storage areas.

This letting further progresses the asset management strategy of consolidating the number of tenants at the property to fewer but with stronger covenants, whilst still maintaining a diverse income profile.

During Caisson’s asset management of the estate, the rental tone has been moved on by almost 90.0%, and the estate is now fully let.

Caisson passed with flying colours and more to the point resolved any problems as they arose in such a way they weren’t really problems. It's been a pleasure doing business with them.
