MIPIM 2016

Caisson Investment Management, the specialist UK multi-let industrial investor and asset manager, will be attending MIPIM again this year.

Founding Partners David Carter, Philip Stott and Mark Bowden will be in Cannes together with Senior Analyst Jez Bartholomeusz, Asset Managers Dan Maynard and James Ward, and Analyst Charlie Tattersall.

Since its foundation, the firm has acquired on behalf of its investing partners over £400.0m of real estate assets, principally within the industrial sector.  Caisson has an enviable track record, with its AUM continuing to outperform the market.

“We’re at MIPIM to meet investors interested in the UK multi-let industrial sector.  We’ve had a good year, and are keen to secure further investors who wish to make a meaningful investment into this sector” said David Carter, Managing Director.

“We are proud of our continued asset management outperformance, which is as a result of the experience and dedication of our Asset Management Teams.  We will be delighted to meet property owners who are looking for an asset manager to take on their portfolio and make it perform” commented Mark Bowden, Property Director.

“We have a very rigorous investment analysis and research-backed approach to each investment we acquire, including an in-house industrial econometric database and rental analysis tool which enable us to identify opportunities that will benefit from our hands-on Asset Management approach, which means we never acquire any asset without having an agreed five-year detailed management plan for each asset right down to unit level” stated Philip Stott, Investment Director.

Caisson passed with flying colours and more to the point resolved any problems as they arose in such a way they weren’t really problems. It's been a pleasure doing business with them.
