Caisson Investment Management and its JV equity partner Parabola Capital have acquired for c.£1.550m Unit 3 Axis Park in Cumbernauld.  The transaction represents a net initial yield of c.21.89%.  The size of the warehouse is 80,303 sq ft and let to DSG Retail Limited. 

The transaction forms part of Joint Venture committed to investing c.£50.0m into the UK MLI sector.
