Jez Bartholomeusz appointed new Partner in Caisson Investment Management

 Apr 2016

The Chairman and Founding Partners of Caisson Investment Management are pleased to announce Jez Bartholomeusz has agreed to join the Partnership.

Jez’s prime focus will continue to be equity sourcing and investment acquisitions.  He will also take on certain operational roles within the Partnership.

“We’ve known Jez for a number of years and we were delighted when he agreed to join us in 2014. Since then he has brought real value to our analytical and reporting capabilities, including the upgrading of our in-house cash flow model ORAC, industrial database Panther, and helping secure our latest £100.0m mandate” said David Carter, Managing Partner at Caisson.

“Caisson is successfully targeting new equity and is well-positioned to take advantage of the current market within the UK multi-let industrial sector on behalf of its investors. I look forward to being part of the firm’s future growth plans.” said Jez Bartholomeusz, Partner at Caisson.

“Caisson deliberately targets individuals with complementary skill sets. Jez’s understanding of cash flow analysis and transaction closure is core to the firm’s approach to acquisitions in combining rigorous investment analysis with asset management expertise, and we are delighted Jez has accepted our offer to join the Partnership” said Steven Tattersall, Chairman at Caisson.
