Dan Maynard

Dan joined Caisson as an Asset Manager in 2014 and was made Partner, Asset Management in 2019.  Dan has a diverse range of property expertise and experience and brings an original and boundary pushing perspective to his portfolios. 

Dan is a qualified Chartered Surveyor who has worked for Knight Frank Poland, Tesco PLC and In-site Property Solutions.  In a previous career, his handywork featured on the front page of the Sunday Times Home Magazine.

His deep and extensive understanding of landlord and tenant law, his focus on forming strong tenant relationships and the ability to read the industrial market, continues to achieve market beating rents and values being realised for Caisson’s clients, throughout the UK.

Dan has expanded his capability through successfully protecting a site threatened with a CPO and achieving an exit value of £5m an acre, implementing a proposed redevelopment of five acres of industrial to a mixed use / residential scheme and successfully securing planning for an industrial redevelopment scheme.

In his spare time, Dan has curated and distributed a music playlist every month for the last six years. This is for a hardcore fanbase of three people, in New Zealand.  He loves, amongst many other things, food, books, TV & film, sheds, Glastonbury, family, friends, people, art, fashion and good times.
