Caisson acquires Talke 16, Stoke on Trent

Caisson Investment Management, together with their equity partner Parabola Capital, have acquired Talk 16, a distribution warehouse in Stoke on Trent for £2.175m at a net initial yield of c.19.25%. The unit, let on a short term lease to The Range, comprises c.180,000 sq ft.

The transaction forms part of the Joint Venture which is committed to investing c.£50.0m into the UK MLI sector.
