Caisson acquires Lakeside Park, Rochester

Caisson Investment Management together with its JV equity partner Parabola Capital have acquired for £3.6m Lake Side Park in Rochester Kent.  The site comprises a multi-let industrial estate of c.69,396 sq ft spread across 25 units.  The transaction represents a net initial yield of c.9.37%.  Caisson will implement fast-reacting asset management plans involving refurbishing and letting vacant space and regulating the service charge and repair obligations.

The transaction forms part of the Joint Venture which is committed to investing c.£70.0m into the UK MLI sector.
