Caisson acquires Berkeley Court, Runcorn

In their first acquisition of 2014, Caisson Investment Management and their JV equity partner Parabola Capital have acquired Berkeley Court in Runcorn for c.£3.2m.  The estate comprises 118,544 sq ft across 17 units.  The net initial yield of c.10.46% is expected to rise to a net revisionary yield of 14.78% once new leasing and asset management initiatives are implemented by Caisson. 

The transaction forms part of the Joint Venture which is committed to investing c.£70.0m into the UK MLI sector.
