Caisson acquires Baglan Energy Park, Port Talbot

Baglan Energy Park in Port Talbot has being acquired for c.£1.35m by Caisson Investment Management with their JV equity partner Parabola Capital.  The single let site is 55,425sq ft and the transaction represents a net initial yield of c.15.46%. 

The transaction forms part of the new Joint Venture which is committed to investing c.£50.0m into the UK MLI sector.
