Caisson acquires Apex, Tannochside Park, Glasgow

As part of their JV with equity partner Parabola Capital, Caisson Investment Management has acquired Apex, in Tannochside Park for c.£2.5m.  The park located in Glasgow, measures 75,427 sq ft across eight units.  The transaction represents a 10.00% net initial yield, rising to an expected 12.34% net revisionary yield once Caisson lets the vacant space and implements key asset management initiatives. 

The transaction forms part of the new Joint Venture which is committed to investing c.£50.0m into the UK MLI sector.
