Caisson Investment Management implements Yardi Voyager™ to Support Value and Growth

 Oct 2010

Yardi Systems, one of the leading developers of software for investment, asset and property management, has announced that Caisson Investment Management has implemented Yardi Voyager™ to support its strategy of providing a streamlined, efficient service to clients.

Founded in 2009, Caisson is an independent investment management group that offers asset and fund management as well as capital placement capability to institutional and private investors who wish to access the real estate and alternative investment markets. The company is using Yardi Voyager’s Property and Asset Management module to manage its multi-let industrial assets across the UK and The Netherlands and is working with its third party property managers using Yardi’s ETL data transfer technology to consolidate portfolio information.

Philip Stott, one of Caisson’s founding partner’s comments: “Caisson’s strategy is focused on providing unrivalled levels of client value beyond core asset management and to achieve this it was necessary to address process efficiency early on in our business cycle. Re-keying of data is an enormous issue for companies managing large portfolios, especially where there is a demand to deliver timely quarterly reports. With Yardi Voyager we can meet the needs of core report generation head-on, enabling Caisson to offer clients greater value and develop wider services”.

Stott continues: “Following the market’s uncertainties over the last 24 months, the delivery of high quality management systems and value for money is business critical, just as much as solid corporate governance, accountability, transparency and trust. Indeed these key corporate goals are mutually supportive of each other. The very nature of Yardi’s system allows us to deliver these KPIs and map positive growth strategies without putting strain on the business and resources by having to develop unnecessary systems.”

Caisson’s strategy is focused upon delivering superior returns for each investor and takes responsibility to implement the right systems to manage their assets in the most effective, efficient way for their clients, developing bespoke investor reporting from the Yardi platform and enabling the growth of the overall Caisson business model by having scalable technology are key to this strategy.
