Caisson Executive Management Announcement

 Jun 2020

Caisson is pleased to announce the following management changes.

After eleven years as Managing Partner of Caisson, David Carter is to step down from 26th June 2020.

“Having been with Caisson since it’s foundation I have been privileged to see the company grow into the fully capable firm it is today.  Over this time, we have achieved an index beating average ungeared IRR of 17.7% pa; undertaken £880.0m of transactions with the firm’s net AUM increasing to £370.0m - a testament to the quality of all our staff.  I believe the time is now right to make way for others and take up a new challenge.  Caisson is in great hands”, said David Carter.

“As one of the four original founding Partners of Caisson, David has been instrumental in helping develop Caisson into the outperforming firm it is today, and we thank him for his contribution.  With a broad set of talent within the company, the next chapter of Caisson should prove to be as exciting and ground-breaking as the first and we look forward to it”, said Mark Bowden.
