Caisson Acquires Bacchus Portfolio

Caisson Investment Management has acquired the Bacchus Portfolio for c.£5.5m with its equity partner Parabola Capital.  The portfolio consists of four multi-let industrial estates and one distribution warehouse in Runcorn, Oldbury, Motherwell and Bathgate, with 89 units across an area of 452,111 sq ft.  The transaction represents a net initial yield of c.13.85%.

The transaction forms part of the new Joint Venture which is committed to investing c.£50.0m into the UK MLI sector.
