Bharti Bhandari joins the Caisson Team

 Jun 2014

Caisson Investment Management is pleased to confirm Bharti Bhandari has joined the asset management team of Caisson Investment Management as assistant asset manager.

Bharti will be working alongside the existing asset management team to strengthen further their tenant management process. Bharti’s background within the residential and commercial property and asset management field fits in well with Caisson’s desire to recruit talented individuals with a broad skills base combined with a specific talent as part of the overall team.

“We’re delighted Bharti has joined and she is already in the thick of it. We pride ourselves on our asset management performance and a large part of that is recruiting the right individual and applying the very specific Caisson approach to asset management to get the best out of the assets we manage for our clients ” Said Mark Bowden, Property Partner.

“Caisson has a reputation for encouraging everyone within the firm to give their views on an issue and I’ve seen first hand how this helps Caisson make great decisions and is one of the reasons they keep outperforming the competition.” Said Bharti Bhandari.

“We deliberately target potential employees who both add to the broad skills set within Caisson, be that actuarial, legal, surveying, investment or construction to name but a few but also is a person who has the personality to give their opinion and get involved as part of a team in working an issue through to a successful conclusion. .” Commented  David Carter, Managing Partner.

Caisson passed with flying colours and more to the point resolved any problems as they arose in such a way they weren’t really problems. It's been a pleasure doing business with them.
