The asset management programme at Babbage Road & Motorway Industrial Estate, Stevenage, which has resulted in setting new rental tones for the estate.  The refurbishment of a 20,000 sq ft unit led to a 15-year letting with East of England Ambulance Service.  Further refurbishment of the external cladding to all units enhanced the aesthetic appeal of the estate.

In addition, Caisson negotiated a rental uplift of 42.0% at rent review with another tenant (where the tenant was represented), which subsequently increased the value of the Babbage Road & Motorway Industrial Estate by 18.0%.

The estate was sold in April 2017.
