Charlie Tattersall

Charlie holds a BA in Ancient History from the University of Birmingham and an MA in History of Warfare from Kings College London.

Charlie has previously worked as an intern at KPMG and management consultants Charles River Associates before joining Caisson part-time during his postgraduate degree. Since graduating at the end of 2010 Charlie joined full time and has been closely involved with both the acquisitions and asset management sides of the business.

Current roles include investment analysis, acquisition reporting, leasing, as well as investment, unit sales, and lettings research. Charlie also maintains Caisson’s multi-let industrial stock availability database (“Panther”).

Rosemary House

Rosemary joined Caisson from Valad Property Group (formerly Teesland iOG) as Executive Assistant in September 2010. She began her secretarial career in 1993 at Flack + Kurtz (UK) Inc. and subsequently joined Jones Lang LaSalle in 1994. During her eleven years at Jones Lang LaSalle she held various positions as bi-lingual Executive Assistant, Marketing Assistant, and Database Coordinator in the European Capital Markets Team. She joined Valad Property Group in 2005 as bi-lingual Executive Assistant to the CIO Europe.

Rosemary gained a BA in German with Danish from University College London, and is a qualified TEFL Teacher. She worked in Germany for eight years where she taught English at Siemens and at the Institut für Fremdsprachen und Auslandskunde (IFA) bei der Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg. She has also acted as a bi-lingual interpreter (German, English) on a freelance basis. She speaks fluent German, French, and Danish.
