Vincent Spruijt

Vincent commenced his career in 2003 at The iO Group (subsequently TeeslandiOG, now Valad Property Group) as an asset manager, responsible for the management of a portfolio of multi-let industrial properties, primarily located in the Randstad area and the southern part of the Netherlands.

In 2006 Vincent became Portfolio Director of the Dutch Asset Management Department, responsible for all multi-let industrial funds and asset management mandates in the Netherlands, representing more than 50 multi-let properties with a value of approximately € 440m and over 850 tenants.

After having worked in London as Associate Director of the Pan-European Investment team, Vincent moved back to the Amsterdam office, responsible for sourcing new investment opportunities, market analysis and dispositions in the Benelux. In this role, he was also responsible for initiating a prospective multi-sector Benelux Fund, including market research, business plan development and fund modeling.

Vincent specializes in active asset management, property performance analysis, investor/client reporting and investment analysis. Vincent studied to Masters level in Business Economics at the Erasmus University in Rotterdam, International Business at École de Management in Lyon and Urban Management at Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona.
